1. Parties. Contractor: FLYMALAGA S.L. Company tax ID and registered address to be confirmed. The customer and property must be identified.
2. Scope. The signed quotation will specify area, services, products, timetable, price including VAT and exclusions.
3. Payment. After signing the agreement and approving the quotation, the client pays a 30% deposit for materials. The balance is due on acceptance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Customer responsibilities. Provide accurate property information, lawful safe access, water, electricity, and homeowners’ association approval where required.
5. Additional work. Hidden defects, major repairs and changes are excluded until separately quoted and approved in writing.
6. Safety and timing. The contractor will use suitable systems and comply with applicable safety rules; weather or unsafe conditions may delay the work.
7. Acceptance and warranty. Completion and any issues will be recorded; final warranty terms must respect all mandatory consumer rights.
8. Data and governing law. Personal details are used to handle enquiries and fulfil the agreement under applicable Spanish law.
